Tell us about your holiday traditions.

In my family we open presents on Christmas Eve night. We don't have a big dinner we just eat lots of little ore dourves instead - tiny sandwiches, hot and cold dips, pretzels, olives, all kinds of good stuff. In the past few years my older sister and I have started making my parents watch 24 hours of a A Christmas Story when we go over there, which they hate but we love.

What other names did your parents consider for you?

If I was a boy, I think I was going to be Nicholas. I don't think they had anything else in mind for me as far as girl names.

What's the weirdest baby name you've ever heard (or considered)?

Aquanetta. A girl who came into my mother's work named her child this. Yep. Aquanetta.

What is the one saying that your parents said to you that you absolutely hate?

My mom used to come into my room in the morning in middle school and in high school, flip my incredibly bright over head light on and say "Up and at 'em!". I hated that. Anytime I hear that now it gives me chills.

When was the last time you interacted with any sort of wildlife?

I few nights ago two raccoons wandered across my front steps. They looked really surprised to see me. It was awesome. I've never seen one that close before.
